The Large Wedges elevate the pelvis to decompress the spine, allow more elevation for larger frames, and more abdominal space for pregnancy. The Rectangular Adjusters provide increased lumbar support and decompression as well as a deeper abdominal recess for pregnancy. The Small Wedge is used for varying flexion, extension and rotation of the cervical spine.
